Lessons
ISR Self-Rescue lessons are one-on-one and designed for children ages 6 months to 6 years.
5 days a week — Monday through Friday
10 minutes or less each day
6–8 weeks on average
One-on-one instruction tailored to your child
Dedicated lesson time each day
Skill Sets
Rollback-to-Float
Infants to Early Walkers
The rollback-to-float program teaches your baby to independently turn onto their back if they are ever face down in the water. This allows them to safely breathe, rest, and float until help arrives.
Swim-Float-Swim
Solid Walkers
The swim-float-swim program teaches your child to swim underwater until they need to breathe, roll to their back for a few breaths until rested, then swim, starting the sequence again until they reach the pool steps, side of the pool, or the shoreline.
Refreshers & Maintenance
Returning ISR Students
Skills require practice! Keep ISR skills sharp with regular maintenance lessons and refresher courses. Monthly or weekly single sessions maintain skills, while two-week refreshers every 6 months adapt techniques to your growing child's needs.
Please remember that your child’s safety always takes priority and I will adjust lessons according to ISR’s safety protocols.
